3. Third-Party Responsibility

  • The Company does not own, operate, or control any of the playlists in which your music may be placed. We do not oversee how curators grow their playlists, market them, or drive engagement.
  • Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before using our service. We encourage artists to research playlists and curators independently.

4. No Liability for Fraudulent or Artificial Streams

  • Streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and others may penalize or remove tracks associated with artificial streams or fraudulent activity.
  • The Company is not responsible for any consequences arising from playlist placements, including but not limited to:
    • Track removals
    • Account suspensions or bans
    • Loss of revenue or royalties
    • Damage to reputation
  • By using our service, you acknowledge that playlist placement comes with inherent risks and that the Company bears no liability for any actions taken by streaming platforms.

  • Playlist placements
  • Alleged fraudulent streaming activity
  • Any actions taken by streaming platforms as a result of playlist placement

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
